Bleacher Report Guest Columnist Intern

Bleacher Report is seeking an editorial assistant intern for its Guest Columnist program.

The intern will work on recruitment and retention of Guest Columnists, targeting, contacting and working with celebrities, athletes, politicians, authors and others who would make good guest writers for Bleacher Report. This internship is unpaid.

The ideal candidate will be a strong writer and editor with experience in an editing role (section editor, copy chief, etc. at college newspaper/website, for example), an understanding of SEO and an editorial calendar, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently on deadline. Candidates should also be comfortable talking to strangers who might be celebrities. Commitment of 15 hours per week, working in Bleacher Report's San Francisco office or remotely.
